Despite constructive proposals and a workable programme of assistance on the part of Stary Browar, continuing to operate in our current form is now too great a risk for us, says Bookarest's FB profile.

In the bookseller's opinion, this is the end of one project and the start of many other Bookarest projects that will soon appear in both the physical and virtual form.

Bookarest is a club/ cafe, where design plays the key role alongside books. The book store has hosted meetings with authors, discussions, exhibitions, slide shows and film projections. The Stary Browar store was deemed the top designer bookstore by 'Elle Decoration'.
