DOI

Each publication issued by the AMU Press is stamped with an international permanent digital identifier DOI (Digital Object Identifier). Moreover, in the case of open access edited volumes, each chapter is also assigned its own independent DOI. This DOI is used to identify electronic documents on a similar basis as ISSN (journal) or ISBN (book). Once assigned, the DOI number cannot be changed.

The DOI identifier is assigned by one of the authorized agencies supervised by the International DOI Foundation. The AMU Press cooperates with Crossref in this regard.
