prof. UAM dr hab. Beata Waligórska-Olejniczak - jest profesorem uczelni i kierownikiem Zakładu Komparatystyki Literacko-Kulturowej w Instytucie Filologii Rosyjskiej i Ukraińskiej Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Jest autorką monografii Sacrum w drodze. ‘Moskwa-Pietuszki’ Wieniedikta Jerofiejewa i ‘Pulp Fiction’ Quentina Tarantino w kluczu montażowego czytania (2013) oraz Sceniczny gest w sztuce A.P. Czechowa ‘Mewa’ oraz ‘taniec wyzwolony’ jako estetyczny kontekst Wielkiej Reformy Teatralnej (2009). Jako współautorka napisała również Współczesne kino rosyjskie w obliczu traum wojennych. Kontekst literacki i kulturowy (2020) oraz Nowe kino rosyjskie wobec tradycji literackiej i kulturowej (2017). Jest członkinią Komitetu Wykonawczego European Society of Comparative Literature, członkinią zespołu redakcyjnego czasopisma “CompLit: Journal of European Literature, Arts and Society” i redaktor naczelną “Studia Rossica Posnaniensia”. W swoich badaniach koncentruje się głównie na współczesnym kinie rosyjskim, tendencjach modernistycznych i postmodernistycznych w literaturze rosyjskiej.

Beata Waligórska-Olejniczak- is a University Professor and the head of the Department of Comparative Studies in Literature and Culture in the Institute of Russian and Ukrainian Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is the (co)author of 4 monographs (in Polish): “Contemporary Russian cinema in the light of war traumas. Literary and cultural context” (2020); “New Russian cinema in view of literary and film tradition” (2017); “Sacrum on the way. Venedict Erofeev’s Moscow-Petushki and Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction from the angle of montage reading” (2013); “Theatrical gesture in A. P. Chekhov’s drama The Seagull and free dance as the aesthetic context of the Great Theatre Reform” (2009). She is a member of the Executive Committee of European Society of Comparative Literature, associate editor of “CompLit: Journal of European Literature, Arts and Society” and editor-in-chief of “Studia Rossica Posnaniensia”. In her research she focuses on contemporary Russian cinema as well as on modern and postmodern literature in Russia.
