prof. UAM dr hab. Rafał Szczepaniak – associate professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration, Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law. For many years he has specialized in the subject of applying private law in the public sector as well as in local government law. He is the author of several dozen publications in this field. He is also one of the main legal experts of the largest Polish association of local government units (WOKISS in Poznań). The scope of his scientific work also includes liability for damages (especially the tort liability of public authorities) and commercial law.
