dr Przemysław Nosal — doktor socjologii, adiunkt na Wydziale Socjologii UAM. Jego główne zainteresowania badawcze skupiają się wokół socjologii kultury, socjologii sportu, socjologii problemów społecznych oraz polityki społecznej. Autor książki Technologia i sport (2014) i współautor (wspólnie z R. Kossakowskim i W. Woźniakiem) Politics, Ideology and Football Fandom. The Transformation of Modern Poland (2020). Autor kilkudziesięciu artykułów w czasopismach i monografiach zbiorowych. Współredaktor trzech książek, w tym także (wspólnie z H. Jakubowską) pierwszego w Polsce readera dotyczącego społecznego wymiaru sportu – Socjologia sportu (2017). Autor i współautor kilkunastu dokumentów strategicznych z zakresu polityki społecznej przygotowanych dla instytucji samorządowych. Sekretarz Sekcji Socjologii Sportu Polskiego Towarzystwa Socjologicznego. Laureat nagród naukowych i dydaktycznych, w tym także Nagrody Prezesa Rady Ministrów RP. Zaangażowany w popularyzację socjologii (wykłady w szkołach, na festiwalach nauki). Obecnie prowadzi badania na temat hazardu. Prywatnie szczęśliwy mąż i ojciec dwójki dzieci, po mieście poruszający się na rowerze. Pasjonat reportażu literackiego, maratończyk i niespełniony piłkarz.

dr Przemysław Nosal — PhD in sociology, assistant professor at the Faculty of Sociology. His research interests cover the culture studies, sociology of sport, sociology of social problems and social policy. The co-author of Politics, Ideology and Football Fandom (2020), author of Technology and Sport (2013) and the co-editor of Sociology of Sport (2017) – the first Polish reader about the sociology of sport. Author and co-author of numerous sociological papers in journals and edited volumes. Author and co-author of several strategic documents in the field of social policy prepared for local government institutions. Winner of numerous scientific and teaching awards, including the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland Award. Secretary of the Sociology of Sport Section of the Polish Sociological Association. Currently researching gambling. Involved in popularising sociology (lectures in schools, science festivals). Privately, a happy husband and father of two children, most often moving around the city by bicycle. A heavy reader of literary reportage, a marathon runner and an amateur footballer.
