dr Kinga Piotrowiak-Junkiert – badaczka, tłumaczka i redaktorka. Absolwentka filologii polskiej i węgierskiej na UAM oraz Międzyuczelnianych Indywidualnych Studiów Humanistycznych „Akademia Artes Liberales”. Adiunktka w Instytucie Lingwistyki Stosowanej UAM. Autorka monografii Świadomość zwrócona przeciwko sobie samej. Imre Kertész wobec Zagłady (Warszawa 2014). Członkini redakcji „Porównań” i „Narracji o Zagładzie”. Ostatnio w jej przekładzie ukazały się książki: Imre Kertész, Ostatnia gospoda (W.A.B 2016), Géza Röhrig, Oskubana papuga Rebego. Zmyślone opowieści chasydzkie (Austeria 2016) oraz Zoltán Halasi, Droga do pustego nieba (Nisza 2017). Autorka tomu Pieśni Myrmidonu (Dom Literatury w Łodzi 2019). Zajmuje się literaturą węgierską wobec Zagłady, dyskursem postkolonialnym w literaturze węgierskiej po 1989 roku oraz węgierską literaturą kobiecą okresu międzywojnia.

dr Kinga Piotrowiak-Junkiert – researcher, translator and editor. Graduate in Polish and Hungarian Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University and Intercollegiate Individual Humanities Studies at Warsaw’s College of Liberal Arts “Akademia Artes Liberales”. Assistant professor in the Institute of Applied Linguistics at Adam Mickiewicz University. Author of the monograph Świadomość zwrócona przeciwko sobie samej. Imre Kertész wobec Zagłady (Consciousness Turned Against Itself. Imre Kertész Versus the Holocaust) (Warsaw 2014). Member of the editorial team of “Porównania” and “Narracje o Zagładzie”. Her recent translations include the following books: Imre Kertész, Ostatnia gospoda (The Last Inn) (W.A.B 2016), Géza Röhrig, Oskubana parrot Rebego. Zmyślone opowieści chasydzkie (The Rebbeh’s Featherless Parrot: Imaginary Hassidic Stories) (Austeria 2016) and Zoltán Halasi, Droga do pustego nieba (The Road to an Empty Heaven) (Nisha 2017). Author of the volume Pieśni Myrmidonu (Dom Literatury w Łodzi 2019). She deals with Hungarian literature related to the Holocaust, post-colonial discourse in Hungarian literature after 1989, and Hungarian women's literature from the interwar period.
