Paweł Kiejkowski (red.), „Teologia dogmatyczna, t. XVII, Kościół w Polsce wobec pandemii”
Subsequent volumes of the monograph by the multi-author Dogmatic Theology contain theological commentaries on the latest documents of the official teaching of the Church and important events in the life of the Catholic Church. In such a format, it is a unique series in Polish theological literature. The current, seventeenth, volume is entitled The Church in Poland in the face of the pandemic. Twelve authors from various scientific circles, from Poznań, Wrocław, Warsaw, Gniezno, Obra, Kraków, undertook the inspiring and obliging challenge of critical theological commentary on the experience of the Catholic Church in Poland in the face of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The volume contains texts that are an attempt to describe and understand the event itself, as well as indicate theological and pastoral challenges that are faced by Christians living in Poland. The monograph consists of texts written from the point of view of dogmatic, moral, pastoral theology, theology of spirituality and canon law.
