The book is a collection of four statements. It covers such topics as: scientific conference, general pedagogy, kitsch and the Summer Schools of Young Educators. They are all a framework cultural spectacle. It makes it possible to conceptualize topics front the side of the culture that is "active" in it and to develop, in tum: the theory of conferences, the structuring process in general pedagogy, the structure of kitsch and Szkołownię. In the case of the theory of scientific conference reference is made to the founding myth as the basis for the creation of cultural performances in its ritualized and coexistent reference. In tum, structuring is the process of leading the reader from not understanding a text to understanding it. Kitsch reveals its structure and allows us to create the so-called "Kitschman". While Szkołownia is described in three scenes, presenting "the drama" shaping pedagogy in the last years of the twentieth century.
